The Crown Diamond: An Evening with Sherlock Holmes is a one-act play written by Arthur Conan Doyle performed at Bristol Hippodrome on 2 may 1921. The play was also performed at the Coliseum (London, UK) on 16-22 may and 29 august-4 september 1921 (28 performances).
The play is almost identical of his short story : The Adventure of the Mazarin Stone which was published a few months later in october 1921 in The Strand Magazine.
